Transform Reading brings together people in Reading churches and organisations who love Reading and want to see it go from strength to strength spiritually, economically, socially and culturally.
We work in partnership with all sectors and communities – church and faith groups, voluntary & statutory sectors, businesses – within Reading and beyond. Transform Reading’s partners include Reading Street Pastors and FIRST Stop Reading who serve the night time economy working closely with police, council and other agencies to make Reading a safer place to be and enjoy.
Our work is fuelled by a deep knowledge of the life-changing power of God’s love to transform lives and communities. We have been privileged to see many lives changed by Jesus through prayer and social action; we know that when the church comes together as one to mobilise, countless more lives are transformed for the better.

Burn 24-7 | Reading
24-7 are a group of people in Reading from different churches who love Jesus and love to worship him. Once a month, Christians gather from all across Reading, all denominations and backgrounds to join us for an extended time of worship and prayer.
10 Days of Prayer | Reading
10 Days of Prayer is a cross-town prayer initiative in Reading. They are passionate about prayer and unity and long to see more of God’s Kingdom coming in Reading. A group meet every Thursday lunchtime to pray for Reading from 1-2pm. Atthe moment they meet online using Zoom. Use this link at 1pm Thursdays to join on a computer/tablet/mobile.
